The Mikkeli Sweater is one of our free knitting patterns, designed as a warm and timeless sweater for outdoor adventures.

Every dedicated fly fisher across the globe, dreams about fishing the legendary Mikkeli pool in Altaelva. A dream, that in most cases, never comes true.

 His Majesty of Norway, King Harald, has fished in Mikkeli annually since the early 90s.
 I myself have been fortunate enough to have had several fishing trips to Mikkeli.

It's excellent for fly fishing, but also for other outdoor activities.
