If you provide an incorrect email address, you will not receive your order confirmation or digital pattern. It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure the email address you provide is accurate.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided immediately after completing your purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact Sisu at post@sisuknitwear.com.

Payment
At Sisu, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal, American Express, Vipps, and Klarna. Payment is processed immediately after completing your purchase.

All prices include VAT. Sisu uses Norwegian Kroner (NOK) as the currency for pricing products.

Sisu Knitwear uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by third parties.

Delivery
Digital patterns and magazines are sent as PDF files to the provided email address immediately after purchase. However, some customers may experience a delay of one to two hours before receiving the email with the download link.

Downloads
Sisu does not provide assistance with downloading digital products. If you encounter issues, we recommend trying a different internet browser. Note that some mobile devices cannot open PDF files, and using a tablet might be a suitable alternative.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
According to the Norwegian Consumer Council, the right of withdrawal for digital products is void once the download has started, even if the download is not fully completed. The council states that an incorrect order does not grant the buyer the right to cancel a digital purchase.

By purchasing digital patterns, you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal for the product is waived.

Language Selection
If you select the wrong language when purchasing a digital product, it is your responsibility as a customer. Sisu does not manually send new patterns in a different language, as the chosen language is clearly stated three times before purchase.

Newsletter
Sisu sends out newsletters with updates and special offers. When you register, your name and email address are added to a digital list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us, and we will remove you from the list.
